Shipping Information

We, as a campaign, want to help the world change for the better. That means we try to be as eco-friendly as possible. All the products in our store are made on demand, so when you place an order, it takes a few days to be made and then we send it out to you. While this adds a few days onto the delivery time, it allows us to avoid over production.

The company we use to create and ship our products also has distribution centres around the world. Live in America? There are a couple over there. Europe is your home? There's a centre near you! What about Japan? Got you covered. The multiple distribution centres allows us to ship our products to you from somewhere that's already nearby, cutting down on carbon emissions (and expensive shipping costs!). So if you like our products but aren't from the UK, don't worry! You can still order from us and get your item in a world-friendly way. And you'll be helping support charities too!

Usually, our products ship between 5-7 days after you place your order. However, there are a lot of issues globally for the movement and production of products (thanks to COVID-19). One of these issues on our end is that tracking links are taking longer than usual to update, with shipments being stuck in pre-transit. Somethings the tracking info won't change for over a week until the item is scanned by the carrier, or even up to the point of delivery. This doesn't mean that your order is lost, but that it's still being processed by the carrier—the overload of shipments means shipping carriers are slower to register and ship your orders from their distribution centres.
