Returns Policy
We are unable to replace any product that may be damaged or in need of returning. This is partially due to the current coronavirus pandemic but also because of the nature of our fundraising via the products in our shop. We are also unable to offer the customer a full refund due to the nature of our products - all profits go to UK-based charities. These charities are; Amnesty International, Stonewall UK, Off The Record, Mermaids and Mind UK. Every month the total profits from shop sales are split between these charities.
